This unique houseboat for year-round use was built in 2022 exclusively for the personal use of the owner and their guests. The houseboat is perfect for those looking for the ideal place for a secluded vacation on the water.
The total area of the house is 166 m2. It features a large and cozy living room with panoramic windows and an equipped kitchen; a wide veranda with lift-and-slide windows and a master cabin with a separate bathroom, as well as a sauna with a petrified wood stove heated with natural firewood. The walls of the steam room are finished with northern pine, juniper, and Himalayan salt, so you can discover new sensations and take care of your health. A large panoramic window in the steam room allows you to admire the beautiful views.
Inside, the house is completely finished with thermowood, which is not affected by changes in temperature and humidity.
In winter, the houseboat does not come ashore from the water, but freezes into the ice and is operated on a stationary basis. For comfortable living in winter, the house is equipped with warm water floors, triple wooden Euro windows, doors manufactured by Stoller, as well as convector heaters built into the floor.
The houseboat is ready for viewing in Moscow.
